This is my same original bitters recipe, just spent about a month's time in both med. char American Oak and Port Wine (Six Grapes Port) seasoned American Oak barrels before bottling full-strength at 151 Proof. Because why not? A single dash makes any cocktail taste seriously awesome.
Purely an experimental endeavor, and due to the barrel & Port costs I won't be repeating this process again. Only 1 Liter of these bitters were batched and barrel aged. Snag one before they're history and help me break even on R&D costs, for Cocktail Science!
Each bottle yields approximately 125 dashes and is full strength 151 Proof - NOT cut down to 40% or less with water like most other bitters. One dash goes a long way.
